The long, silent, piercing stares did not have their immaculate effect anymore. Lust was void and so the blindness of love became exposed and now she was wide awake. Breathing. Feeling nothing. They cannot even be friends; because where love once roamed, anger and shame have forced an entry into her heart to make it home. Can you imagine? That actually, at one point in time, she thought that the only reason she existed was because of his love pumping future promises of meaningful existence; keeping her on life support in the hopes that everything she had so desired would eventually become a reality. Just absurd. Blurred vision then; in fact sheer stupidity. Now he gazed intently and undressed her with his sweeping, rapid, eye movements but instantly he became puzzled, stunned, mouth agape in exasperation. The shock of the realization that she was not naked anymore, nor was she trying to be and now he stood dyslexic and could not even decipher this open book. Illiterate much....
